Federation of Independent Associations of Cycling National Points Series
FIAC was formed in 2000 as an association of several organizations that had splintered from USA Cycling. They briefly held a National Points Series featuring a small number of the better races within their affiliate associations. They haven't continued the practice, however. They do hold national championship races but these have not proven to be major events.
